These songs are some of the first. Written and recorded between the age of 10 to 14 the years 1977 thru 1980.

Back in the 1900s a person would go to a recording studio to record or at the vary least used something called a cassette deck. It is not like today where you can do it at home with a computer or use your phone.

I got a job at Joe's Ice Cream on Geary St in San Francisco and saved up for recording time with producer and engineer Neil Jay Young. Neil Young, the famous songwriter, was a hero of mine. Neil Jay Young not only knew the famous Neil Young but had the same name.

The main difference between the two was that Neil Jay Young was quadriplegic. He had an accident which rendered him in a wheel chair. A musician and recording engineer, Neil Jay Young could no longer play guitar. He was able to move faders though and had a great career after his accident producing artist from all over including myself. I was lucky to have known him

Night Rain, and Goodnight Bartender, were the first attempts to record my songs with a band. Neil Jay Young produced the songs and engineered most of the tracks. The band members were friends I from Saint Ignatius high school.
